Net Watcher

Net Watcher enables you to view exactly who is using resources on your computer. It is also a convenient place to add shared folders and disconnect users from specific files. For Net Watcher to work you need to have Client for Microsoft Networks installed and you must enable file and print sharing options. You can determine how you view shared resources by selecting one of the options in the View menu. These include: By Connections, to see who is connected to your computer, By Shared Folders, to view which of your shared folders are currently being used by other people and By Open Files, to see which specific files other people are using.
